About Bahnhof Europa

The Opening Ceremony

Bahnhof Europa was designed to the highest standards and stocks the best Continental railway modelling brands. Our new showroom was officially opened by Dr. Rene Wilfer of Piko on 27th September 2008. Following speeches and a video presentation, Bahnhof Europa was unveiled and visitors were able to explore and experience the new store.

The Showroom

Our 90² metre boutique store features ‘shop in shop’ systems from ALL the major European manufacturers and the level of presentation and service is second to none. As a Gaugemaster company, we have over 25 years experience in meeting the needs of the modeller and we carry more stock than any other store of this type in the UK.

The Products

Bahnhof Europa carries all of the major Continental names, including Fleischmann, Piko, Märklin, Trix and more. In addition to locomotives and rolling stock, we cover every aspect of creating a layout, from building baseboards to adding those decorative final touches.

We have a huge selection of building kits, miniature figures, lighting, vehicles and much more.

The Service

Our experts are here to help you get the best out of your hobby. If you need advice about using Digital Command Control, crafting scenic areas or any other subject, we have the practical, hands-on experience to answer your questions. We love to talk to our customers about their modelling, and all our visitors are welcome to have a chat over a coffee at our bar.

The Surroundings

We are situated two miles south of the beautiful, historic castle town of Arundel. A visit to Bahnhof Europa can be incorporated as part of a wonderful day out for all the family. There's ample free parking and we are right next door to Ford railway station, which has direct services to London, Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton.
